Job Description

StaffBank Recruitment is working closely in partnership with a Before & Afterschool Club who is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join their setting in the Kenley/Whyteleafe area.

You will be delivering high quality play for children aged 4 - 11 years of age and to actively support the Setting Manager in the development and daily management of our thriving and successful before and after school clubs.

This will be working 25 hours per week, term time.

The set hours of work will be from 7:30 – 9:30am and 3-6pm, Monday to Friday.

The ideal Deputy Nursery Manager candidate must have:

  • Has a minimum of a NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent or above) qualification in Playwork, Childcare, Early Years
  • Have experience of working with children from 4 – 11 years old
  • Experience of managing staff and have the ability to lead a team
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
