Deputy Nursery Manager – Chingford, East London - £25-28,000 per annum
StaffBank Recruitment are working with a nursery in the Chingford area, who is recruiting for a Deputy Nursery Manager.
You will be joining a medium sized nursery that caters for children from 3 months to 5 year olds.
The role will be to step in to The Nursery Manager role 2 days per week, to oversee the smooth running of the nursery, however you will have the support of the Nursery Manager.
You will be managing a staff team of approximately 12 staff.
You will be working 4 days per week, 40 hours per week or you can work 40 hours per week, over 5 days.
The ideal Deputy Nursery Manager candidate must have:
- A minimum Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience of working as a Deputy Nursery Manager
- Ability to use initiative
- Excellent team leading Skills
- A passion for the Early Years
